Principal
Albert is admitted to practice in California, Florida, and Massachusetts and focuses on corporate and securities law and technology licensing transactions, with a special emphasis in the software, communications, entertainment, and mass and new media industries. Building upon his prior 20 year careers in high tech, finance, and investments, he routinely represents startups and high growth companies in corporate formation, structure, and operational matters; debt, equity, and M&A transactions; as well as joint venture, distribution, and OEM agreements.

Of Counsel
Isabelle practices exclusively federal trademark and copyright law. She is admitted to practice in New York and is not admitted in Florida. Isabelle focuses her practice on helping entrepreneurs, emerging growth, and multinational companies develop and manage their brand strategies and trademark portfolios. She also represents authors, artists, designers, musicians, and athletes in protecting their image and creativity.
